HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.31791 OF 2017 ORDER:

The action of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in seeking to dispossess the petitioner from her lands admeasuring Ac.3.54 cents and Ac.2.76 cents in Sy.Nos.32/1 and 28/2 respectively situated in Kotharamavaram Village, Gangavaram (Agency) Mandal, East Godavari District, is questioned in the Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to interfere or dispossess the petitioner from the subject lands without following due process of law. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
