ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".... to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in constituting the Arbitration Board and Proceedings in Arbitration Case No.1 of 2017 before the Chairman, Arbitration Tribunal for Telangana Paper Merchants Association, Secunderabad, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, contrary to the By-laws of the Telangana Paper Merchants Association and rules made thereunder with regard to arbitration and in gross violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the Arbitration Proceedings in the Arbitration Case No.1 of 2017 before the Chairman, Arbitration Tribunal for Telangana Paper Merchants Association, Secunderabad, and pass such other order or orders ...."

Sri Singam Srinivasa Rao, Counsel, representing Sri K. Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail any other appropriate legal remedy available under law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to

the withdrawal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 shall stand closed.
