HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.2228 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to nonconsideration of her complaint against the unauthorized constructions made by respondents 5 to 7.

It is the case of the petitioner that respondents 5 to 7 constructed multi-storeyed building in an extent of 59.91 sq. yards by encroaching footpath belonging to the Municipal Corporation without there being any sanctioned plan. The petitioner further asserts that inspite of complaint being made to the respondent authorities on 12.09.2018, no action has been taken.

Under those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to act on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.09.2018 and take necessary action by following the due process of law, if the allegations of the petitioner are found to be true. There shall be no order as to costs.
