OFFICE NOTE 06.02.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 OF 2025 (ON BEING MENTIONED) This application is filed praying this Court to rectify the order passed in Crl.P.No.1031 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025 by correcting the typographical mistake occurred in paragraph No.1, i.e., "accused No.12", instead of, "accused No.16". Having being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application is ordered.

In view thereof, in the paragraph No.1 of the order dated 30.01.2025 made in Crl.P.No.1031 of 2025 the accused number is inserted as "accused No.16" in place of accused No.12.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
