ORDER

This revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the order dated 05.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.330 of 2015 in I.A.No.415 of 2013 in O.S.No.82 of 2013, allowing the petition filed under Order 26 Rules 9 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the dispute in the main suit was settled before the Lok Adalat on 11.02.2017, the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
