THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE M.G.PRIYADARSINI F.C.A.No. 78 of 2010 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Justice G. Sridevi) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant is the father-in-law of the 1st respondent and grandfather of the respondents 2 and 3 and the trial Court directed the appellant herein to pay maintenance to the respondents and that no orders need to be passed since the sole appellant died.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the appellant, the appeal stands abated and accordingly, the same is dismissed as abated. No costs.
