Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Certiorari calling for the records from the 1st respondent in I.A.No.2 of 2017 in O.S.No.3 of 2017 dated 03.02.2017.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the suit as early as possible. 4.

The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3 of 2017, as early as possible preferably within a period of three (03) to six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
