HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2292 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Raikal Mandal, Jagtial District, is not issuing E-Patta Passbooks to him in relation to his land admeasuring Ac.4-30 guntas in Sy.No.115/A of Dharmajpeta Village, Raikal Mandal, Jagtial District, It appears that the petitioner made representation dated 13.12.2018 to the Tahsildar, Raikal Mandal, in this regard but the same has not evoked any response. It is not open to the Tahsildar, Raikal Mandal, Jagtial District, to receive an application and sleep over the same indefinitely.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Raikal Mandal, Jagtial District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2018 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It may be noted at this stage that though the cause title in the affidavit describes the Tahsildar correctly, the main Writ Petition describes him incorrectly. In the main Writ Petition, the 4th respondent is shown as 'The Tahsildar, Mallial Mandal, Jagtial District', instead of 'The Tahsildar, Raikal Mandal, Jagtial District'. The description of the 4th respondent in the Writ Petition is accordingly amended suo motu. Registry shall ensure that the description of the 4th respondent is shown correctly before issuing a copy of this order.
