The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the 2nd respondent-Station House Officer, Nacharam Police Station has registered FIR, based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.11.2019.

Since the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed, no further orders need be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
