THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Writ Petition No.1806 of 2018 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Both Sri V.Naga Praveen, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri S.Suri Babu, learned Special Sanding Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree, albeit for different reasons, that the impugned order be set aside and the Assistant Commissioner, Patnam Bazar Circle, Guntur be directed to pass orders afresh in accordance with law. As both the learned counsel are in agreement, the impugned order is set aside and the Assistant Commissioner, Patnam Bazar Circle, Guntur is directed to consider the matter afresh in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
