THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.2238 OF 2019 O R D E R :

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file Civil Revision Petition. However, learned counsel contends that limitation may come in his way.

In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file Civil Revision Petition in accordance with law. However, the period of limitation may not come in the way of the petitioner, as the petitioner is pursuing his remedies in the wrong forum by filing this writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
