This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking to permit withdrawal of the amount so deposited by the TSRTC by the petitioners herein.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the claimants, except minors, are permitted to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount so deposited by TSRTC, in the ratio as apportioned by the Tribunal, without furnishing any security.

Accordingly, the I.A. is allowed.
