THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.18130 of 2013 ORDER:

In this writ petition filed by the petitioner, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, his grievance is in regard to not taking appropriate action for demolition of unauthorised and illegal constructions raised in the land admeasuring Ac.2-34 guntas in Survey No.10 at Saipur Village, Tandur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation, dated 08.11.2012, to the Commissioner, Tandur Municipality, 3rd respondent, and that if a direction is given to the third respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with the procedure established by law, the grievance of the writ petitioner would be redressed for the present. He, therefore, prays for disposing of the writ petition accordingly. Learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent endorses the said submission.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 08.11.2012, of the petitioner in strict accordance with the procedure established by law and as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
