This petition is filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioners/A1 to A3, seeking to withdraw C.C.No.495 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jagital, and transfer the same to any competent Court at Adilabad. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds for withdrawal and transfer of the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners, during the course of arguments, requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of petitioners/A1 to A3 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without adverting to the merits of the matter, the appearance of the petitioners/A1 to A3 in C.C.No.495 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jagital, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever their presence is required by the trial Court and they shall be represented by their counsel. Further, as the CC is of the year 2016 and as it is represented that the trial has not been commenced till date, it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to dispose of the said C.C., as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months
GSD, J Tr.Crl.P.No.12 of 2018 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 5.
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
