HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 17068 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "To issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the impugned order in Appeal No.C/3266/2015, dated 05-09-2015, on the file of the Court of the 3rd respondent and extending the same until further orders vide order dated 03-10-2015 and the action on the part of the 3rd respondent not clubbing the complaint of the petitioner vide Case No.C/3788/2014 on similar issue with the appeal in Case No.C/3266/2015 filed by the 5th respondent as illegal and arbitrary."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.19158 of 2016 by order, dated 20-06-2016 directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner therein within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy in accordance with law. It is also stated that the petitioner made complaint and the same is numbered vide Case No.C/3788/2014. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to dispose of the same as directed by this Court in WP.No.19158 of 2016 after issuing notice to both parties. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
