THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1858 of 2018 When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner herein against the respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein, the police, Anantapalli Police Station, West Godavari District registered F.I.R.No.38/2018 on 22.01.2018. A copy of the said F.I.R. is placed on record.
