Sri Vishal Jai, learned counsel representing the learned counsel on record for the petitioners, is present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the case has been referred as 'Lack of evidence'and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 3.
