In view of the letter, dated 29-09-2016, addressed by the learned counsel for the appellant seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal suit on the ground that the matter is settled amicably outside the Court, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
