The petitioner is a group leader of Sri Indira Samaikya DWACRA Group at Ayyagaripeta Village, Sathupally Mandal, Khammam District. The second respondent appointed the petitioner as temporary dealer in respect of shop No.17004 of Rudrakshapally Village, Sathupally Mandal of Khammam District. While so, the shop of petitioner was inspected on 22.09.2015 by the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Sathupally, and found some variations. In respect of the variations, a show cause notice appears to have been issued and the proceedings are pending before the second respondent. When the respondents 2 and 3 were not releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. It is clear from the above facts that the petitioner as a temporary dealer and on inspection on 22.09.

2015 by the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Sathupally, certain irregularities were noticed, respondents 2 and 3 have not passed any order either suspending the temporary dealership or cancelling the dealership. In the circumstances, the matter is remitted to the respondents 2 and 3 to take a decision with regard to supply of essential commodities to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Three shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
