When these matters are listed on 09-12-2015, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has no instructions in the matter and since there was no representation for the petitioner, the matters were directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal. Even today also, there is no representation for both the parties. This goes to show that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matters.

Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Revisions shall stand closed.
