THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27533 of 2017 AND W.P.M.P.No.41800 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent authorities in trying to interfere and taking over the property by laying a road, without issuing any proceedings in between the properties of house bearing Nos.5-11-201, 5-11-202 on the south and House bearing No.5-11-207 on the north, Naim Nagar, Hanamkonda, Warangal District, in between the private common lane in a width of 4057 meters from the East to West connecting 100 feet of Hanamkonda-Karimnagar Road, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the municipal authorities are not laying any road or interfering with the subject property in any manner. 3.
In view of the said statement made by learned Standing Counsel, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, proposed parties filed W.P.M.P.No.41800 of 2017 to implead themselves as respondents 8 and 9 in the present Writ Petition. But, in view of closure of writ petition, no application can be entertained and accordingly, the application is dismissed. However, it is open to the proposed parties to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law if they want to initiate any proceedings.
