HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.351 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw D.O.P.No.108 of 2014 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Gadwal, and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court, at Mahabubnagar, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of similar petition before the appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
