Bhosale) Mr. E.Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the 3rd respondent has raised the height of wall up to 14' between the Court premises and Government hospital and presently, they are not facing any problem such as foul smell from mortuary. He, therefore, prays for disposal of the writ petition.

The petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
