The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment as Fair Price Shop Dealer of F.P.Shop No.11 of Nellore City on compassionate ground.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.V.S.A. Rama Murty, learned counsel representing Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
