HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.28756 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner complaining inaction in disposing of representation dated 02.08.2013 has filed the instant writ petition. The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, submits that the police personnel of SHO, Rain Bazar assisted the Saroor Nagar Police personnel wherein several cases are pending against petitioner's son. The crimes are referred in the written instructions.

Having regard to the written instructions, this Court is of the view that at this stage of the matter, the prayer of inaction in disposing of representation dated 02.08.2013 need not be considered.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
