Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of letter dated 29.06.2O2O addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner participated in the enquiry under Section 64 of the Essential Commodities Act, and proceedings are in the process of being completed. There being no objection from the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order dated 04.O2.2020 shall stand vacated. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand also stand dismissed.
