HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 18388 of 2003 O R D E R:- 1.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation. The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his case for promotion from the date when his juniors have been promoted, and also to regularize his suspension period and to pay full salary for the suspension period.

If the petitioner has any grievance in respect of the period of suspension, he is at liberty to submit a representation to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 3.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
