Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the respondent authorities have issued proceedings rejecting the application of the petitioner dated 31.01.2020 seeking permission for "24x7 sit in peaceful protest" on 05.02.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that, while the writ petition was pending, the petitioner has decided to change the location and has approached the respondent authorities seeking permission at the changed venue and has submitted an application to that effect to the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, on 06.02.2020 i.e., today. Since, the petitioner has approached the authorities seeking permission at the new location, the authorities shall consider the same in accordance with law and also taking into consideration the law and order situation.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
