The grievance of the petitioner is that she filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the order dated 24-03-2016 passed by the 4th respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
