THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19018 of 2002 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the inaction on the part of the respondents in implementing the order passed by the Court of State Commissioner, Disabilities, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad dated 29.12.2001 in Case No.42/2001/S.I/954/2001, as arbitrary and illegal.

Since the impugned order has been set aside in W.P.No.18018 of 2002, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Though the learned counsel for the respondents raised objection saying that this Court has no jurisdiction to decide the writ petition, since the respondents-organisation is notified under Section 14(3) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, since the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, it may not be necessary to decide that question in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
