This Criminal Revision Case, under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C, is filed to direct XXV Special Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, for issuance of Doctor Order Dt.10.07.2017 in C.C.No.294 of 2015.

The Order under challenge is not a final Order and no revision is maintainable against the said Order, in view of the bar under Section 397(2) Cr.P.C. and thereby the present Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not maintainable. However, it is left open to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the trial Court, if so advised. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
