This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 05.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39716 of 2018. 2.

On 05.08.2019, respondent No.1-Revenue Divisional Officer, Kodad Division, Suryapet District, had tendered unconditional apology and submitted that the impugned proceedings were issued under a mistaken impression, and necessary steps would be taken to withdraw the same. Today, learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the proceedings No.F/09/2019 dated 06.08.2019 withdrawing the impugned proceedings in the writ petition which were suspended by this Court. 3.
