The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to non-consideration of his representations dated 10.10.2018 and 21.12.2018 for shifting of the Sawmill to a different location for reasons set out in the representations. Learned Government Pleader submits that there is a duty cast upon the respondents to consider the representations and therefore the respondents may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law. As there being no dispute with respect to the representations made by the petitioner on 10.10.2018 and 21.12.2018, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representations strictly by following due process of law and pass orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
