THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.294 of 2017 ORDER:

This transfer petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1690 of 2016 from the file of XVI Additional District and Sessions Court-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court-cum-III Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Court, Adilabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the III Additional Family Court at Malkajgiri disposed of F.C.O.P. No.1690 of 2016 on 10.11.2018. To that effect, he has also filed certified copy of the decree and order dated 10.11.2018 in F.C.O.P. No.1690 of 2016. In view of the disposal of the F.C.O.P., no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition.
