THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1973 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 03.02.2018, furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Bachupally Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. According to the said instructions, on the complaint given by the petitioner, the police have registered Crime No.61 of 2018 on the file of Bachupally Police Station under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. on 03.02.2018 and taken up the investigation.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
