The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.651 of 2014 on the file of the IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
