When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in pursuance of the interim direction issued by this Court on 20.5.2003, the petitioners are being continued and they are being extended the Standard Schedule Rates of pay. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
