Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that despite his best efforts, he could not contact his clients. Sri S.V. Ramana, learned standing Court for the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC), states on instructions that the petitioners are no longer in the service of the Corporation as drivers.

As Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel, is unable to report any instructions in this regard, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
