Having regard to the order dt.11-01-2019 produced by the respondents, I am satisfied that there is no contempt of the order dt.13-11-2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.40785 of 2018. Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dt.11-01-2019 passed by respondents in a separate proceeding, if he so chose, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
