This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.98 of 2011 on the file of Khammam Rural Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 420 IPC and Section 56 r/w 3, 4 and 7 of AP Chit Fund Act and under Sections 3 and 4 of Private Money Circulation Banning Act, 1978. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed Final Report before the concerned court on 29.08.2011.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above crime.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition, shall stand dismissed.
