This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.1, challenging the order, dated 15.12.2017, passed in I.A.No.264 of 2017 in O.S.No.1 of 2004, by the II Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Mancherial, whereby, the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.1 under Section 65 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, seeking permission to mark certified copy of a document as secondary evidence, was dismissed. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the original of the disputed document was traced out and filed before the Court below and thereafter, the Court below marked the same subject to objections and reserved the matter for judgment.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
