HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2231 of 2020 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed revision under Section 9 of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act before the 3rd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the revisional authority to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
