The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Anumula Mandal, Nalgonda District, has not passed orders upon his application dated 30.01.2016 whereby he sought mutation in his favour in relation to certain lands in Ambatipally Village, Anumula Mandal, Nalgonda District. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted such an application online as required and paid the requisite fee. Having received an application in Form VI(A) as required by Section 4 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Anumula Mandal, Nalgonda District, to remain unmoved thereon.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Anumula Mandal, Nalgonda District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's online application dated 30.01.2016 in accordance with the due procedure expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
