THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11239 OF 2009 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent for not permitting the petitioner invalidation Pension on Medical Grounds as illegal and arbitrary.
None appeared for the petitioner.
This Court, by order dated 24.09.2009 directed the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2009 for invalidation on medical grounds in accordance to para 9(a)(iii) of CRPF Standing Order 7 of 1999 or any other rule applicable and pass appropriate orders within a period three (3) months.
Sri B.Narayan Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents, basing on record, submits that in pursuant to orders of this Court dated 24.09.2009 in WPMP No.14442 of 2009, the representation of the petitioner was considered and passed orders on 21.06.2010.
In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 21.06.2010 issued by the respondents, if he is aggrieved of the same.
