This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings pending against them in DVC No.59 of 2009 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
