HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 26660 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 17.05.2016 issued by the fourth respondent to the third respondent sending consent letter in respect of the petitioner who is working in Public Health Centre, Maddur, Mahaboobnagar District to work under the control of fourth respondent on deputation basis as Civil Assistant Surgeon. Since the matter relates to service of the petitioner who is a Government servant, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the present Writ Petition. In view therefore, the Writ Petition is

liable to be dismissed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
