When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioners have filed the writ petition when their services were about to be disengaged and this Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 09.07.2003 directing the respondents to continue the petitioners in service. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
