THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2085 of 2018 When the matter is taken up, reiterating the written instructions, dated 24.01.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pochampalli Police Station, Nalgonda District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) that Cr.No.9/2018 has been registered against the unofficial respondents herein under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 IPC on the file of the Pochampalli Police Station. In view of the above, nothing remains in the Writ Petition for further adjudication.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
