The petitioners had applied under Form 6-A prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to 3rd respondent for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject property. Petitioners contend that the said application is not being disposed of by 3rd respondent. 2.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioners' application in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order; and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners' application in accordance with law within a period of four
(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.
