Heard counsel for petitioner, Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 and 3, Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for 2nd respondent and Sri G.Narender Reddy for 4th respondent.
The petitioner complains against the alleged inaction of respondents in granting Social Security Pension in spite of application made on 14-11-2011 as illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory.
The counsel representing the 4th respondent submits that Gowridevipeta comes under Nellipala Mandal and it is part of State of Andhra Pradesh. Therefore, it is submitted that the petitioner has to approach the competent authority in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
I have perused the array of parties in this writ petition and to meet the ends of justice, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to represent to the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Nellipalla Mandal, for grant of Social Security Pension alongwith supporting documents by enclosing a copy of this order, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a
copy of this order and the Mandal Parishad Development Officer is directed to examine and take decision within six weeks thereafter and communicate to petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
